Come join us for a monthly mindfulness meditation sit!
Build community, strengthen your practice, and connect deeply and intimately with yourself, just as you are, one moment at a time. Monthly sits will be one hour and organized around a theme. Possible themes might be compassion, equanimity, and non-striving to name a few. There will be a brief talk, an extended formal sitting practice, and an opportunity to share experiences at the end. Location is to be determined and will depend on how many people join us. Please RSVP at least one week prior by sending us a quick email, and we will be in touch with details several days before the sit. If you have a meditation cushion or bench that you prefer, bring it along. We’d love to see you there!
