Mindful Life – September, 2020

We are pleased to offer the Mindful Life program this fall, beginning on Friday September 25th, from 12:45-2:15pm and running for six consecutive Fridays. A three-hour silent retreat will be held on Saturday October 24 from 9:00-12:00.

Location: Meetings will be held virtually on Zoom. Link forthcoming.

Dates: Dates of group sessions include: 9/25, 10/2, 10/9, 10/16, 10/23, 10/30. A three-hour silent retreat is scheduled for Saturday October 24 from 9:00-12:00pm.

Tuition: $250 for the 6 week course, which includes all group meetings, access to all between session support and practices, and the three hour silent retreat. If the cost of the course is an impediment to joining, please contact us.

Unwinding Anxiety – May, 2020

The Unwinding Anxiety course with Josh and Erin begins on Thursday May 28th from 6:00-7:15pm and runs for 8 consecutive Thursday evenings.

Dates: Dates of group sessions include: 5/28, 6/4, 6/11, 6/18, 6/25, 7/2, 7/9, and 7/16. Groups will be held from 6:00pm-7:15pm.

Tuition: $380 for the 8 week course, which includes all group meetings, as well as 2 months of the app and all that the program includes. If the cost of the course is an impediment to your joining it, then please let us know.
