Unwinding Anxiety – January, 2021
In addition to the January MBSR offering, we are pleased to announce an upcoming Unwinding Anxiety group. The program will begin on January 21st, and run for 8 consecutive Thursdays from 3:00-4:00pm.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction – January, 2021
We are pleased to announce the upcoming MBSR program. The program will run for 8 consecutive Thursday evenings from 7:00-9:00pm beginning on January 28, 2021.

Location: Meetings will be held on Zoom to support social distancing during COVID-19.
Dates: Dates of groups sessions include: 1/28, 2/4, 2/11, 2/18, 2/25, 3/4, 3/11 & 3/18. A half-day silent retreat, included in the price of tuition and an integral part of the program, will be held on Saturday 3/6 from 8:00am-12:00pm.
Tuition: Tuition for the course is $400. This includes the cost of all group sessions and the half day retreat, as well as supportive material, including recorded meditations for at-home use and a practice manual. Additionally, alumni of the online MBSR program are invited to join us for a full in-person MBSR program at a future date, free of charge. If the cost of the course is prohibitive, please contact us and we will work with you.

This fall, we will focus on continuing to offer free community meditations every Friday at 12:15. These sits are open to anyone interested – just click on the zoom link on the home page (complete the “contact us” form for password). Come when it works for you. We’ll also be organizing and adding recorded meditations to the website for at home use, and updating the blog regularly. As always, we are available for one-on-one and small group mindfulness training.
We look forward to more offerings in the winter, including modified MBSR, and Unwinding Anxiety. Stay tuned!

The Unwinding Anxiety course with Josh and Erin begins on Thursday May 28th from 6:00-7:15pm and runs for 8 consecutive Thursday evenings.

Dates: Dates of group sessions include: 5/28, 6/4, 6/11, 6/18, 6/25, 7/2, 7/9, and 7/16. Groups will be held from 6:00pm-7:15pm.
Tuition: $380 for the 8 week course, which includes all group meetings, as well as 2 months of the app and all that the program includes. If the cost of the course is an impediment to your joining it, then please let us know.
