Upcoming and Current Groups

Fall, 2020

This fall, we will focus on continuing to offer free community meditations every Friday at 12:15. These sits are open to anyone interested – just click on the zoom link on the home page (complete the “contact us” form for password). Come when it works for you. We’ll also be organizing and adding recorded meditations to the website for at home use, and updating the blog regularly. As always, we are available for one-on-one and small group mindfulness training.

We look forward to more offerings in the winter, including modified MBSR, and Unwinding Anxiety. Stay tuned!

Unwinding Anxiety – May, 2020

The Unwinding Anxiety course with Josh and Erin begins on Thursday May 28th from 6:00-7:15pm and runs for 8 consecutive Thursday evenings.

Location: Meetings will be held on Zoom. https://us02web.zoom.us/j/89315400907

Dates: Dates of group sessions include: 5/28, 6/4, 6/11, 6/18, 6/25, 7/2, 7/9, and 7/16. Groups will be held from 6:00pm-7:15pm.

Tuition: $380 for the 8 week course, which includes all group meetings, as well as 2 months of the app and all that the program includes. If the cost of the course is an impediment to your joining it, then please let us know.
