Mindful Life – May, 2019
The Mindful Life course will be held on 5 consecutive Thursday evenings in May from 6:00-8:00pm. Group dates are: May 2, 9, 16, 23, and 30. Location is TBD, but will be in the Red Bank area. A full day retreat from 9:00-3:00 will be held on Saturday May 18 as part of the course.
The cost of participation in the entire program is $350. Early registration prior to April 15 is $300. Full refund is available prior to the first group – no refunds will be granted after the first group.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction – September, 2019
The full 8-week MBSR course will be offered in September, 2019. Groups will be held on Fridays from 9:00-11:30am on the following dates:
September 6, 13, 20, 27; October 4, 11, 18, 25
A full day mindfulness retreat will be held on Saturday October 12 from 9:00-3:00. Orientation for this group will be held on August 29 from 5:30-6:30pm.
The cost for this group is $500, which includes all groups and retreat, participant manuals, between session support, and at-home recordings. Early registration, prior to July 1, is $450. Full refund is available prior to the first group – no refunds will be offered after group 1.
