Join us for a 2 hour experience designed to help you hit pause and return to a state of calm. You will learn evidence based mindfulness practices specifically designed for finding peace in anxious moments and days.  This is an opportunity to transform your relationship with anxiety and cultivate calm during difficult times.  You will leave with tools to quiet negative self-talk and navigate life’s challenges with greater ease. Facilitated by certified mindfulness-based stress reduction teachers Meg Mindell, LCSW and Erin Mendoza, PsyD.

Our class will be held in our Oceanport office on May 19th 5:30-7:30pm

Cancellation Policy: Our classes require considerable planning and organization, and a 72-hour notice is required for a refund.

Event Details

This two hour workshop will offer participants practical, brief mindfulness practices designed specifically for working skillfully with anxiety.  No prior experience is needed.  We hope to see you there!
