Taming Anxiety ~ Mindfulness Tools for Challenging Times:
A two-hour in-person offering in our Oceanport office on May 19th from 5:30-7:30pm
Feeling overwhelmed or disconnected? Does your mind race with “what ifs”? You are not alone!
Join us for a 2 hour experience designed to help you hit pause and return to a state of calm. You will learn evidence based mindfulness practices specifically designed for finding peace in anxious moments and days. This is an opportunity to transform your relationship with anxiety and cultivate calm during difficult times. You will leave with tools to quiet negative self-talk and navigate life’s challenges with greater ease. Facilitated by certified mindfulness-based stress reduction teachers Meg Mindell, LCSW and Erin Mendoza, PsyD.
