Community Sits
Free Community Sits
Every month, we host a free 2 hour retreat style community sits that give us a chance to practice sitting and walking meditation in community. If you would like to know when the next sit will be, please join our email list by contacting us at trmindfulness@gmail.com.
The community sit includes a seated practice with light guidance, a walking practice, and a silent seated meditation. Please RSVP by sending us an email, as space is limited. If you are completely new to meditation, please let us know so we can discuss whether this offering will meet your needs.
