The Two Rivers Mindfulness Institute offers a range of courses to target issues commonly associated with stress. The various courses and classes provided have the intention of allowing people to tailor the practices to their unique lives.
Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)
(8) 2.5 hour groups/ (1) 6-hour retreat
$500/entire course

- Harnesses the phenomenon of neuroplasticity, resulting in a brain better able to process strong emotions without being overwhelmed by them.
mPEAK
(8) 2.5-hour long groups/(1) 6-hour retreat

- Develop greater focus and concentration
- Tap into the power of “flow states” during performance events and everyday life
- Respond wisely to stress rather than reacting out of fear
- Process and learn from inevitable mistakes and failures, rather than being thrown by them
Modified MBSR
